The Panhellenic Federation of Hoteliers (POX) has launched a nationwide social initiative titled “Holidays for the Whole Family”, offering free all-inclusive holiday packages to 50 Greek families at member hotels across Greece.
Under the initiative, selected families will receive five-night all-inclusive stays at POX member hotels, along with ferry tickets, including cabin accommodation and vehicle transport where required. The programme has no commercial character and does not apply income criteria, aiming instead to support the average Greek family, particularly those with children.
POX noted that family holidays often become financially prohibitive as household size increases, due to higher travel and accommodation costs. The initiative is designed to address this barrier and encourage family travel.
Participation is conducted via a giveaway on Facebook and Instagram, promoted through a dedicated video reel presented by television host Giorgos Lianos, whose role is purely supportive. POX retains full responsibility for the organisation, draw process, and notification of winners.
To enter, participants must leave a comment under the relevant post, writing a New Year’s wish. Each comment counts as one entry, with multiple entries permitted; however, each family may win only once.
Entries will be accepted until 15 January 2026 at 23:59, while the electronic draw is scheduled for 2 February 2026. The draw will select 50 winning families—25 from Facebook and 25 from Instagram—as well as 10 reserve winners.
The prize includes up to 1,000 total overnight stays, calculated on a per-person basis, with each winning family receiving five overnight stays per person. Accommodation will be provided at a POX member hotel in Greece, subject to availability, with no option for winners to select a specific hotel or destination.
Stays must be redeemed exclusively during the periods 1–31 May 2026 or 1–31 October 2026, following coordination with the hosting hotel.
The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. Once dates are confirmed, changes are not permitted, and failure to travel results in forfeiture of the prize.
Eligible participants must be families permanently residing in Greece with at least one minor child, including single-parent households. POX executives, employees, and their first- and second-degree relatives are excluded from participation.
POX confirmed that the draw will be conducted electronically to ensure randomness and that all personal data will be deleted after the completion of the initiative. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, including Facebook or Instagram.
