Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has shared heartfelt Epiphany greetings with Greeks at home and abroad, emphasizing themes of unity, resilience, and optimism as the nation enters 2026.

In his message marking the Epiphany—known as Theophania in Greece—Mitsotakis highlighted the holiday's profound meaning, noting that it renews strength to stay resolute in a world full of uncertainties, upheavals, and unprecedented challenges.
He pointed to Greece's ongoing progress, including efforts to enhance citizens' quality of life, bolster national defense, and adapt policies to shifting global dynamics while prioritizing the national interest.
"At the beginning of 2026, without ignoring the difficulties, we can remain optimistic," Mitsotakis stated. "Provided we stay united and determined to overcome lingering obstacles, committed to truth and tangible results over falsehoods and empty promises, and responsible toward our fellow citizens and future generations."
Wrapping up his address, he expressed confidence in the country's future: "Happy Epiphany to all Greeks everywhere. With assurance, careful planning, and collective effort, the best is yet to come."
