L’Oréal has launched its annual global innovation competition, Brandstorm, inviting students and young professionals aged 18 to 30 from all disciplines to design groundbreaking projects in the selective products sector.
Participants can focus on technology, including data, digital tools, augmented reality, and Generative AI, on product innovations that address consumer needs or habits, or on other creative ideas that can make a difference, while considering inclusion and sustainability criteria.
The Brandstorm competition, running for 34 consecutive years, offers participants a powerful career launchpad within the L’Oréal Group. Many successful executives in Greece and abroad began their careers through Brandstorm, gaining valuable professional experience.
Participants are encouraged to unleash their creativity and design revolutionary fragrances, devices, products, or services. L’Oréal executives will mentor participants, providing guidance and expert advice throughout the competition.
Upon completion, competitors can earn a certificate, enhancing their resumes and job prospects. Leading teams from Greece will compete in the national final in May at L’Oréal Hellas headquarters. The winning team will advance to the global final in Paris, presenting their ideas before an international jury on the Viva Tech stage.
The standout team will earn the opportunity to work on a three-month assignment at L’Oréal headquarters in France through the Management Trainee Program.
