Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced a new system for calculating the minimum wage during a cabinet meeting on Thursday, committing to raise it to €950 per month by 2027. This initiative will legally prohibit wage reductions and link increases to economic growth and inflation. Mitsotakis also emphasised ongoing fiscal reforms and expressed support for Spain following recent flooding while discussing strengthening ties with Cyprus.
