Government spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis reiterated on Mega TV that extending Greece’s territorial waters remains an inalienable sovereign right, which the country will exercise “at the appropriate time.” He emphasized that sovereignty issues are non-negotiable, with the sole Greece-Türkiye dispute being the delimitation of the continental shelf and Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
