India and Greece held talks on the operationalization of the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), a project aimed at enhancing trade between the three regions. During the meeting, both nations emphasized the importance of collaboration in shipping and maritime affairs. Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal invited Greek companies to invest in India’s shipbuilding sector, while Greek Minister Christos Stylianides highlighted the shared goals of both countries amidst global geopolitical challenges.
