The Douzis brothers' first foodie hotel opened five years ago at 23 Mitropoleos Street in Athens, the now well-known "Ergon House," which combines hospitality, a restaurant, and a grocery store.

In Covent Garden, in the heart of London, the "Ergon House Covent Garden" will open in 2025. The foodie hotel, an idea of the Douzis brothers of Ergon Foods, will be a boutique hotel with 20 rooms that will host a market on the ground floor with a bakery, grocery store, butcher, fruit shop, and more, with a lot of Greek products and access to a gym.

The first foodie hotel of the Douzis brothers started five years ago at 23 Mitropoleos Street in Athens, the now well-known "Ergon House," which combines hospitality with a restaurant and a grocery store.

So, from next year, "Ergon House Covent Garden" will be located at 26 King Street (before that, the hotel and restaurant "Carluccio" operated there) and will also have a restaurant with a terrace, one of the few in the area with a view of the London skyline.

The new project is a major milestone in the further expansion of Ergon, which has been operating for some time now on Mitropoleos 27 & Patrou 9-11 and the "Ergon Bakehouse Athens" in the eclectic Megaron Efstathiadis by the architect Vasilios Tsagri, a special bakery with... a hotel.

"Ergon House" wants to increase its presence in the European market further, choosing Covent Garden as its flagship. "Ergon" has 20 years of experience in the market after the brothers Thomas and Georgios Douzis started the first deli in the hotel "Sani" in Halkidiki.
