Giannis Antetokounmpo distributes boxes of food in Sepolia to those needing support

Enigmatic Greek basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo never forgets about his hometown in suburban Athens.

This time the "Greek Freak" collected food and delivered it to the church of Agios Meletios in Sepolia, the neighborhood where he grew up, in order to give to people needing support.

Antetokounmpo, with modesty, once again stood away from the cameras and stood by the side of others without lights and publicity.

He had done the same after the floods in Karditsa, when he and his brothers sent basic necessities to the people affected by the the Janos storm.

Yesterday he did the same in Sepolia, with Alexia Koziona uploading a photo with him on Facebook and writing: "Giannis recently distributed food boxes to the church of Agios Meletios. Unbelievable amounts and without calling any cameras."

Earlier, he had been in a local supermarket with his mother and siblings where they picked up the food to be distributed to those in need.
