Vaccination of Navy commissioned and non-commissioned officers serving in surface units and submarines of the Navy continues at an increasing rate, Proto Thema reported.

In order to ensure the smooth continuation of Navy missions, the vaccination of combat crews is done on a voluntary basis.

Based on specific health protocols and guidelines given by the National Agency for Public Health, more than 50% of the officers and non-commissioned officers serving in the combat units of the fleet have already been vaccinated.
