Traditional Pascha Feast at Sydney’s Alpha Restaurant

Sydney’s acclaimed Greek restaurant Alpha is hosting a traditional midnight feast to celebrate “Pascha”, Greek Orthodox Easter, on Sunday May 2.

The Pascha supper will incorporate traditional Greek dishes such as chicken avgolemono, spit-roasted whole suckling lamb, spanakopita, chocolate bougatsa and red dye eggs by executive chef Peter Conistis.

All net proceeds from the dinner will be donated to the soup kitchen at the Greek Orthodox Parish of Saints Constantine and Helen, in Newtown.

This is a great reason to come together with family and friends to commemorate Pascha with a traditional Greek Easter meal at one of Australia’s leading Greek restaurants.
