Deakin University Greek Society’s Spectacular Annual Gala Ball: A Night of Celebration, Dancing, and Greek Culture at Melbourne’s Vogue Ballroom
Upon arrival, attendees were greeted with a welcoming glass of champagne, followed by a delectable three-course meal and a selection of beverages. Greek DJs Kosta and Thomas Niko, Kix-Fm Dj K Artie K, and the musical talents of Tony Pitsikakis and Nick Sofos maintained the vibrant atmosphere.
“DUGS is more than a society; it’s a family,” President Chris Giannaros said.”A family who cares about the continuation of promoting and celebrating our beautiful Hellenic culture and traditions.”
The success of the ball, now in its third year, would not have been possible without the generous support of sponsors, Mr Giannaros said, as well as the efforts of the executive and general committee members.
“A big thank you to everyone for attending, and congratulations for keeping our Greekness alive!” he said.
