New revelations have emerged surrounding the thriller case in Kos involving the brutal murder of 27-year-old Polish woman Anastasia Rubinska. The authorities have apprehended the 32-year-old Bangladeshi, who continues to maintain his innocence.

Reportedly, in her last messages to her Polish partner, the 27-year-old expressed feelings of unease and danger while at the 32-year-old's house. Authorities are currently examining her mobile phone and all the associated data in relation to this shocking femicide that has rocked Greece.

Additionally, an Open report has revealed that the woman, who was found deceased in the Alykes area, was handcuffed. The perpetrator had placed her lifeless body in two bags and, unsurprisingly, her purse contained no money.

It is worth mentioning that none of Anastasia Rubinska's personal belongings, including the clothes she was wearing on the day of her murder, her shoes, or her bag, have been located thus far. This information was disclosed by Constantia Dimoglidou, a spokeswoman for the Greek Police, speaking to the Star.

Dimoglidou further stated that both the mobile phone of the Polish victim and that of the Bangladeshi suspect, who has currently been arrested and charged with kidnapping, have been confiscated and are being scrutinized. Meanwhile, tests and examinations, including biological and DNA analysis, are being urgently conducted on Anastasia's body. The goal is to present a comprehensive file detailing the case's findings tomorrow, as mentioned by the Bangladeshi defendant.

The investigations are specifically focused on the results of histological and toxicological tests with hopes of uncovering evidence regarding the perpetrators of the murder.

In regards to Anastasia's partner, Dimoglidou revealed that he is neither under arrest nor detained as no crimes have been attributed to him. Currently, he has returned to his country of origin, Poland, accompanied by Anastasia's mother. Nevertheless, both have been asked to remain at the disposal of the Greek authorities in case they are required for further inquiries.

Over the past few days, Anastasia's partner was summoned to provide statements to the police multiple times. Yesterday, he underwent several hours of questioning. The victim's mother has also provided a statement.

Anastasia's partner was asked to clarify certain details about his initial statements, specifically whether he knew the suspected Bangladeshi, who had worked at the same hotel as the couple on occasion. He was also questioned about text messages his girlfriend had sent him on the night of Monday.

Thus far, Anastasia's family members, as reported by journalist Panagiotis Zouzounis of "Ekfrasis 97," have not taken any legal actions. Zouzounis further revealed that the partner deactivated his Facebook profile last night.
