After the unveiling of the new residential complex KYMA Apartments within the area of the former Ellinikon airport by Orilina Properties, following the agreement with Lamda Development from the side of the investment body, comes the unveiling of the only club with a private club.
The two projects, reports New Money, are connected and are part of the investment of more than 70 million euros planned by Orilina in the plots near the marina. The well-known Kengo Kuma and Associates architectural office has undertaken the architectural design.
Regarding the new Private Club Development Project, the rationale behind the investment comes from abroad and includes a private club with dining, wellness and sports facilities, event spaces, etc.
The private club will be located close to the Orilina residential project comprising a total of 20 branded residences (apartments, maisonettes and penthouses, all with private pools and gardens or planted roofs) with sea views, both on two plots of land in the coastal front development zone of Ellinikon, in the area of the marina of Agios Kosmas.
The complex will also be close to Riviera Galleria, the commercial development planned by Lamda Development, also designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates, on the marina's beachfront, for which shop leasing is already underway.
