All seemed calm as he vacationed in Rhodes. But a phone call changed everything for the past ten years for Tanya Marom, an American living in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The young woman was relaxing on the Dodecanese island, eating at a restaurant in the Old Town, when her partner called her to say their house was being bombed.
The apartment she lived in had been destroyed by a Hamas rocket.
She burst into tears, and when she recovered, she started looking for a way to return to Israel.
