Magnitude 4 Earthquake Strikes Kythira, Greece

The Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, representing the Unified National Seismological Network, reported that a magnitude 4 earthquake struck Kythira at 04:58. The earthquake originated in the sea, approximately 12 kilometers northeast of Kythira. The focal depth of the earthquake is estimated to be around 7 kilometers.
