Significant increases compared to the previous month and March 2023
Significant increases are recorded in hotel prices in March in almost all popular European travel cities, which Trivago records, both in February and in the same month of 2023. Travel.gr presents the online average hotel prices for the month of March in popular urban destinations worldwide.
Athens remains an attractive, economical destination for hotel accommodation despite increased prices. In particular, the average online price per night in a double room in Athens hotels for March is €136, from €115 in February and €119 in March 2023.

In Amsterdam, the average price is €225 in March against €190 last February, in Barcelona €218 against €188, in Berlin €153 against €147, in Brussels €190 against €173, in Dublin €220 against €184, in Istanbul €111 against €98, Lisbon €189 against €145, London €253 against €224, Madrid €195 against €169, Paris €253 against €220, Reykjavik €269 against €270, Rome €219 against €166, in Vienna €158 against €143 and in Zurich €269 against €267.
