Fasting Recipe: Prawns in the air fryer


During fasting, seafood has its place of honour, and what could be more delicious than grilled or fried prawns?

How can you make them easily and quickly without creating havoc at home? With the air fryer!

How do you make prawns in the air fryer? We have the instructions for you below!

Ingredients for four people:

1 kg peeled prawns
70 ml extra virgin olive oil
juice of one lemon
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp.  garlic powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cayenne pepper,
chopped parsley

Rinse and drain the prawns. Put them in a bowl and pour olive oil and lemon juice over them. Add the seasonings (paprika, garlic, chilli, salt and peppers) and mix. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200° C.

Add the prawns to the air fryer. Bake for 5' at 190°C, then turn them over and continue the process for another 5' so that they bake evenly.

The food is ready! You can serve with herbs of your choice, preferably with chopped parsley.
