Rough Guide readers and international travellers have voted Greece as one of the ten most beautiful in the world
The international travel website roughguides.com compiled an impressive Top 10 list of the world's most beautiful countries, and Greece is, as expected, among them.
It is rare that Greece is not included in a list of travel suggestions and experiences, so it is no surprise that the sun-soaked country is on the list.
The list may not match your favourite countries, but it's still worth a look. First, at the top of the list of the most beautiful places on earth is New Zealand, followed by Italy, and third comes Canada.
Greece comes ninth on the list above South Africa.
