One of the most characteristic autumn fruits is apples. Apples are delicious and healthy. They contain calcium, potassium, and vitamins A and C, which help dogs build a strong immune system.

Another autumn fruit you can share with your dog is the pear. Pears are absolutely safe for your four-legged friends and are an excellent source of vitamins C and K.

In addition, they contain a lot of fibre, which helps dogs' coats be shiny and their skin healthy. Of course, as with apples, you should remove their stones to avoid choking.

It is good to remove the skin and cut them into small pieces.

As delicious as grapes are, your dog should never eat them, as they are very dangerous to their health. There is a possibility that even consuming one can lead to acute kidney failure.

Some of the symptoms of poisoning are loss of appetite, weakness, drowsiness, vomiting and diarrhea, abdominal pain and shortness of breath. If your dog ate a grape, you should contact the vet immediately.

Grapefruit is a fairly acidic fruit that can cause stomach upsets in your beloved dog. The peel and seeds can cause the same problems, so they should be avoided.

Especially if a dog is taking medication, there is a chance that the fruit can block the medication's metabolism, leading to unwanted side effects.
