An easyJet Airbus A320 en route from Corfu to London was forced to make an emergency landing in Rome on August 19 after severe turbulence injured two cabin crew members. The flight, carrying 181 passengers and crew, encountered violent turbulence shortly after takeoff, resulting in the crew being thrown against the plane’s walls.
