The Greek Air Force participated in the multinational military exercise “Ramstein Flag 24,” showcasing precision and skill through complex low-level flights over western Greece. Highlights included striking maneuvers over the Vouraikos Gorge and the Rio-Antirrio Bridge, emphasizing the flexibility and cooperation of allied forces.
The joint American-Greek military exercise, which began on May 20 in Attica, concluded on Thursday, GEETHA announced. It involved the Special Operations Air Task Unit (SOATU) and the U.S. 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), focusing on aerial special operations and integrating new UH-60 helicopters into SOATU.
