Uber is expanding its services across dozens of popular vacation destinations in Greece, Italy, France, Spain, and Croatia.

Responding to the rising demand, Uber aims to meet the needs of travellers and provide convenient transportation options throughout their trips.

According to Uber's data, more than 15% of all global Uber rides are taken to and from airports, highlighting the importance of seamless airport transfers for travellers. Recognising this trend, Uber has identified the airports that will see the most significant increase in popularity during the upcoming summer season. These airports include JTR (Santorini, Greece), DBV (Dubrovnik, Croatia), CTA (Catania, Italy), FAO (Algarve, Portugal), NCE (Nice, France), and VLC (Valencia, Spain).

With Italy and France being top destinations for American travellers, Uber's data has revealed that many Americans prefer to visit both countries in one trip. Moreover, Portugal is often included in the itinerary before reaching Spain, while the United Kingdom is a favoured stop on the way to Greece or Croatia.

Uber Travel is available in more than 10,000 cities and allows users to organise and book their trips in advance. The integration feature pulls flight details from email reservations, creating a consolidated itinerary that suggests rides to and from airports, train stations, and other locations.

For those looking to plan their rides well in advance, Uber Reserve is available in over 50 countries. With Uber Reserve, travellers can book rides from 30 minutes to 90 days ahead.
