Stelios Parliaros gives us a recipe for a classic refrigerator dessert with cream, cookies and chocolate, easy to prepare that will surely be loved by all.

Materials

Servings: 9
1 litre of milk
90 gr. corn flour
170 gr. granulated sugar
4 eggs
50 gr. butter
80 gr. couverture 55% cocoa, melted
300 gr. petit beurre biscuits
150 gr. milk for the cookies

For serving:

shredded couverture flakes,
powdered sugar

Procedure

Step 1: Put one litre of milk in a pot and place it on the fire. Put the corn flour together with the sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the eggs.

Step 2: Pour 1/3 of the warmed milk into the egg mixture. Mix well and pour it back into the pot. As soon as it boils, remove it, add the butter and mix.

Step 3: Divide the mixture into two equal parts, add the chocolate to one part, and incorporate. In a 20x20x5 cm pan, place the biscuits we have dipped in the milk side by side.

Cover the cookies with the warm chocolate cream, spread another layer of cookies dipped in milk and spread the white cream on top of them.

Step 4: We finish with another layer of biscuits dipped in milk. Leave the dessert to cool in the fridge, garnish with chocolate flakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
