Departing from Piraeus, Athens, it is now offering the inaugural seven-night "Idyllic Aegean" itinerary, previously operated by the Celestyal Crystal. The journey includes visits to Thessaloniki, Kusadasi, Heraklion (Crete), Santorini, Mykonos, and Milos.

With a focus on providing a premium experience, the Celestyal Journey offers a large number of more spacious and higher-class cabins. With 630 cabins, 149 of which have balconies, the ship can accommodate 1,260 passengers. This is three times the number of cabins offered on Celestyal's previous seven-night cruises. Of the cabins with balconies, 120 are Junior Suites, 28 are Grand Suites, and there is even a spacious Penthouse Concept Suite.

Celestyal Cruises CEO, Chris Theophilides, expressed his excitement about the launch of the Celestyal Journey, marking a new chapter in the company's vision. The ship offers a range of amenities and features, including seven decadent dining venues, eight bars and lounges, a live show lounge spanning two decks, a Kids Club, expansive sun decks, two pools, and a dedicated wellness deck. In addition, the ship boasts two fully equipped conference rooms, making it a suitable venue for meetings and incentives.
