Despina Vandi made a different appearance at the Cyprus Super Music Awards. The popular singer wore a black leather jumpsuit with cut-outs, brandishing a whip in what was an attention grabbing performance.
Undeterred by the negative comments she received about her outfit, Vandi refrained from answering any journalists' questions about the topic.
The popular singer took to the stage with whip in hand for the Super Music Awards event, wearing the black leather jumpsuit created by Celias Krithariotis to sing at least two of her songs while surrounded by her accompanying dancers.
Following the performace Vandi was awarded in the "Super Adult Woman" category, and upon winning she said: “I would like to dedicate this award to all these wonderful women who claim their happiness, in whatever phase of their lives. To all women who live their lives based on their own wants and not based on the wants of others. I love you and I am by your side."
