TUI UK Adds More Hotels to Meet Demand for Shorter Stays

More than 120 TUI flights will land in Greece, by the end of the month

To meet the growing demand for stays of varying lengths, TUI UK has added 1,000 more hotels to the UK market that can be booked for 2025. These hotels offer stays of five, six, eight, nine, or twelve nights.

According to the tour operator, holidaymakers are increasingly opting for durations outside the traditional seven, ten, and fourteen-night stays. This summer, nine-night stays are the most popular, while eight- and twelve-night stays have seen the most significant rise compared to last year.

TUI Airways and partner airlines, flying from over 20 UK airports, provide flexibility for these diverse booking options.

Family bookings are driving this shift, with the Balearic Islands, Greece, Turkey, the Canary Islands, and mainland Spain being the most popular destinations.

Phillip Iveson, Commercial Director of TUI UK & Ireland, highlights their commitment to offering ultimate flexibility: "We provide unrivaled regional flights from over 20 UK airports, a range of flight options with various airline partners, and work closely with hoteliers to offer stays of varying durations."

"The additional hotels available for next summer reflect the positive booking trends we've witnessed throughout the season. The demand for travel is stronger than ever, and popular Mediterranean destinations like Turkey, Greece, and Spain remain top choices for British holidaymakers. Some of these hotels even offer free accommodation for children."
