Liver, when grilled, is a delicious appetiser, especially when accompanied with French fries.
Materials for four servings:
1 kilo of veal liver in relatively thick slices
250 ml fresh milk
2-3 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. of smoked paprika
salt flower, black pepper
Procedure
Step 1
Put the liver in a bowl and pour the milk over it. Marinate it for 1 hour. Remove it from the milk and leave it on absorbent paper. Coat it with olive oil, season it with salt and pepper, sprinkle it with paprika, and grill it for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Accompany it with fried potatoes if we want.
