Greek singer Konstantinos Argyros spoke to reporters at the Pallas Theater in Athens, where he premiered the screening of his sold-out concert at London's Royal Albert Hall.
When asked about persistent reports linking him to a potential political career, Argyros clarified that he is not considering it at this stage of his life.
"I'm not in that phase right now. I've seen the reports, but I can't respond with a 'no' every time," he said. Regarding whether he has received offers to run for office, he added: "There have been suggestions from various people over time, but the real question is whether I want to enter that arena. Right now, I'm focused on helping in my own way—if someone asks for my assistance and I can be useful, I will."
On Family and a Possible Second Child
Argyros also opened up about his family life, emphasizing its central role during his first holidays as a father.
"There's nothing better in the world. Family and your child—that's the true joy and essence of life. Everything starts there. I do it all for them," he shared.
When questioned about the possibility of a second child with his partner Alexandra Nika, he replied: "If God wills it… He decides."
Praise for U.S. Ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle
Finally, Argyros commented on U.S. Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle, highlighting her affection for the country.
"She is a wonderful person who loves Greece deeply and does a lot for it. Wherever I can help and be useful to my country, I will," he said.
